Wow, in ii a/c % sold was 34.4%, Barclays 47.3% and Fidelity SIPP 76.15%.

Had put all up for tender. Will be buying some back next week.

Pleased to pick up shares here cheaper than the big boys have been paying. (16.75p) One for the bottom draw.

Surprised that they state they are mindful to recommend the 81p offer to shareholders with it being so close to the 80p they kindly offered us themselves last September. That said it was nice that we had the opportunity to buy back what we were selling for just over 70p at the same time.

Hopefully other interested parties will come out of the woodwork.

Sorry - opportunity not option!

Terry and Jim, I was confident 18 mths ago that medium term the company offered a great option to make a very comfortable return, whether through divs or capital appreciation. in the last 12 months there has been 2 occasions to buy below £9 and sell over £13. That was a great opportunity for anyone who confident of the investment opportunity to make a lovely profit. No I don't have a crystal ball, otherwise I would have obviously sold all my holding at £13+ But for anyone who doesn't believe that this company is going to make them money, why on earth haven't you already cashed in your chips and moved on elsewhere? (And when were any dividends "guaranteed"?)

Been some great opportunities to make money on this share last 12 months and I have - and I'm also a long term holder. Today you can top up at a price less than the iis paid. So I am. If you don't understand the story why you all here?

Anyone know what happened re Open Offer? My ii account still showing a separate entry for amount I applied for. same value as cash I was paying. Are they they not same class of share?

Mog24, there are a few institutional investors. Gervais Williams of Premier Miton has been a fan for many years and it was his comments that first got me interested over 5 years ago.

Despite taking some profit at 13p/14p in 2021 this is now one of my largest holdings.

...." do they mean the company didn't know what it was doing with it's own shares?

The reason we haven't got all the money from Barclays is because they are Sh*te! I have chased other divs down that haven't been paid for months - worst case when they actually sent the money back to the registrars for Coral when 2 divs were paid on the same day. I spent hours trying to sort it out and arguing with different people that I wasn't wrong - sending them copies of RNSs etc to prove my case. Unbelievable they actually rebranded themselves to Smart Investor!

Beardozer, I'm not so sure a takeover at anywhere near 52 week high would be accepted. The majority of II have been in this for a long time and have been buying at higher prices than this. Only Premier Miton have reduced their holding and they did in May 2021. I think they all see the long term value of this tech and won't be in a rush to be selling out, I don't think.

Interesting presentation this morning. Still sounding bullish, expecting not to have to issue more share but raising a bit of cash with sell and lease back. New CFO intends to buy some shares as closed period now ended. Fingers crossed. A few reasonable purchases around the time the presentation ended.

That's a significant show of support by Schroder. Increased their share holding by nearly 2 million!

Whether Richard Sneller took a bit of profit we can't tell, but he does seem to now have 1/4 mil more shares than before even though is percentage holding has reduced.

Did think that comment was tempting fate. Price previously has dropped back below original IPO price (when I first invested) and then below last Open Offer Price. I don't expect it to drop below 80p but never say never. Suspect today's drop is just down to small PI shareholders taking the profit on some of the new Open Offer shares they bought.
