Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
@Chesh thanks for the info and this is what I though it was. I'm sure somewhere in the older RNS's the expected profit per metric ton is available. Haven't got time to search now but would be interesting to see if we can cover the $800,000 just from mining.
What is the current Phosphate price? I did take a look but not quite sure what type of Phosphate we supply and depending on were I look I get different prices.
It appears we have appointed a Qualified Mining Engineer to the board, not sure why as at last check as a company we don't mine anything.
Well if this goes any higher I'll be at my break even point for just my KRS shares. Then my Calidus shares are just profit.
Hmmmm, where's the accounts! Or can I just not find them.
I keep thinking we are expecting some accounts that should show some details on sales from Diamond Creek? Is this correct.
The License will be granted the day after I have run out of patience.
I'm very much like Markyess, if it wasn't for Calidus I'd have moved on but given its a free carry I have the luxury of just leaving it sitting.
Well as its been pushed a few weeks that takes us into the new tax year. That is very handy... Assuming that it has a positive impact on the SP.
As much as I would love this to mean that the signing of the license is "just around the corner" I feel we might be on the Trans-Australian railway.
Fingers crossed.
On the mention of Calidus, is there a reason for the slow decline of the SP, I've not been keeping up been really busy with work. It has been my intention to increase my holding, should I be waiting? The last time I checked I seem to remember thinking they were funded to mine?
I'm as hopeful as the rest that this stays at the price it is(or higher) but once they have the shares for GDXJ will it not retrace a bit like last time?
Thanks.
@DigDog, I assume its the duel listing that attracts the stamp duty even if you purchase on AIM?
Does this share require payment of Stamp Duty? I was under the impression that shares on AIM didn't require stamp duty to be paid?
Anyone one have recorded the the number of shares before and after the new shares issue? I have before is 269,181,575 and and an extra 76,303,922 are being issued for roughly 30% dilution, so if I want to stay were I am I need to purchase 30% more shares?
Thanks for the reply wasarunner. Hopefully I'll find time over the weekend to finish my research. Thanks Again.
There never is one, unless there is then can someone point me at it? Anyway my small portfolio of shares is all based around the next car technology, meaning EV cars and Hydrogen cars and I've come across HZM a few times, this time I have done some research, by research I have watched and read the presentations made available on Horizonte website. I have some basic questions if anybody could answer:
- There are two projects Araguaia and Vermelo. Araguaia is much closer to realization? How close is actual start of mining, how long will building the infrastructure take?
- Araguaia has a complete feasibility study and needs capital of $443 million but is expected to create $1.6 billion in profit over 28 years?
- I believe a considerable amount of this capital has been promised with completion of due diligence by the end of year, any sign of this? I also cant find the terms for this promised capital.
- The rest of the capital funding was expected to be from offtake agreements, have any been agreed?
- Vermelho looks much further down the road but also looks much bigger(in fact it looks massive) than Araguaia but there seems to be very little news on the project. Is the project under active development? Is there an expected mining date?
- Vermelho had a FS completed in 2005 but it was never taken forward, was there a good reason for this?
- How was the purchase of Vermelho funded?
- A fair amount of shares are in sticky hands?
- Who knew that processing plants were so expensive? Well I did but it still amazes me how expensive they are.
- This does look like a share I would invest in for the long term(which to me is 5+ years), where do people see the company in that timeframe?(I like both overly optimistic and overly pessimistic views)?
- Finally, if people could point me to the downside or the possible problems they see.
Thanks to all that answer.
Has anyone done the maths is it definitely an increase? Could it possibly be a decrease?
Nixalas. Thanks.
