People underestimate what management is building.......GOPP15 May 2026 15:44
I personally like the management team and I think they are doing a very good job in an extremely difficult environment, especially considering the company has been operating with limited funding.
People underestimate how hard it is to run active mining operations, advance exploration, develop a processing strategy, and manage financing all at the same time when cash resources are tight.
At this stage, management has to make strategic choices, and I actually agree with their approach of continuing to develop the mine and extract as much mineralised material as possible while progressing the GOPP.
I’ve said many times in my posts that, for me personally, the single biggest game changer for NTVO will be getting the Gold Ore Processing Plant operational.
Once the company has its own processing plant, everything changes:
**operational control improves,
**margins improve,
**third-party processing becomes possible,
**and the company gains the ability to generate much stronger cash flow internally.
From my exchanges with management, they are clearly very focused on getting the GOPP progressing.
The way I see it is this: the more mineralised material they can prepare and stockpile before the plant is fully operational, the better positioned the company could potentially be once processing begins at scale.
In the meantime, they can still selectively process higher-grade material to generate cash flow and strengthen the balance sheet while the wider operation continues developing.
Mining is always a slow and difficult process, especially for small-cap companies like NTVO, but from what I can see the company continues moving forward step by step.
Personally, I continue adding when I can.
IMHO.DYOR!
