After a new high we dip to around 50p before moving back up!

Looking every minute of this. Its always good to start with little dip! Buyers are waiting. I will sell some of my other stocks and ready to buy few more very soon!

@ takerisk... The biggest problem i see is how to buy at the lows and sell the highs. When VAL first spiked to 44p on 30th September and then dipped the next day I ended up buying close to £20,000 more at 38p. But after few days it went to 32p. Its just very difficult to buy at the lows or sell at the highs. It looks very easy when looking at the chart but in real time it's almost impossible. Most technical indicators are lagging indicators. I use many but its still very difficult. Also Level 2 is not very helpful. Its easy to be an investor then a trader. Overall more investors make money then traders.

I agree, no one can cause any major drop in the share price by posting here. The news of the deal can come anytime and there is no way anyone here can predict when the news will come. It's impossible. So trading before the news is very risky if you believe that we will get a good deal or deals. I have been here for many years. One of the reason why i started to buy back last year was because of our great CEO.

Looking at the trades buyers are always waiting. After a little dip buyers comes in very aggressive and take the price higher. I think this pattern will continue as we get closer to a deal. MM will also play big games here as they make a killing by fliping the price around. Im happy to wait and watch the action.

Investors/traders who bought at around 20p...30p....40p will sell some and new interstors/traders will buy. The new buyers will be looking at 80p..90p...£1...etc This is very healthy for the share price. We need more buyers at higher price to move up. We need any weak hands who bought in 20's or 30's to sell here and move on.

Im looking at the overall trend. The trend is up and so im happy to add few on any dips but im not selling any yet.

Ells... like i said i wish you the best. It doesnt matter what the reason is because people who trade TA dont care about fundamentals. In bear market you can have great news and still the stock goes down. So better to just trade TA.

VAL is my biggest investment. So its in my interest to protect my investment when someone is posting rubbish!

24th July 2013 Facebook was trading at $26.53 and the results/news came out and it gaped up after hours. So next day it opened at $32.75. It never filled that gap. We are now in 2021. I was trading Facebook that day!

There are different types of gaps. If you look at the price action after a gap we currently having RUNAWAY/BREAKAWAY GAP'S in VAL. This is why the price is moving up so aggressivly after each gap ( price is running..lots of momentum). Look at SPX ( S&P 500) OR NDX ( Nasdq 100) have many runaway gaps and they dont get filled! We have a new highs after each gap. Also higher highs since the start of this trend.

All I want to say here is QBT is a keeper! Happy to buy at 2p and wait. Lots of news coming and Bitcoin has a long way to go. I honestly believe that bitcoin is the FUTURE! So my investment in QBT is very safe.

Don’t for get Mr John Story has 100 million warrants at 2p. When we start mining bitcoin John will be back and many investors will end up chasing this to ++10p!
