When to top up?

I think buy small amount on the each dip. And one day that buy on the dip will be the last dip. You will make a killing as long as you believe that the stock will go up.

Where would I buy? Im watching Bitcoin. $60,000 broken buy Yanks are sleeping. let them wake up and see if they buy the dip in Bitcoin or they will dump it. I think we need a good flash to $45,000 but lets see.
