There are people here trying to mislead. Here are the FACTS!

We currently have 915,051,851 shares. An additional 17.5 million shares should not affect the price. It's all priced in when the first RNS was issued!

Key will always be additional cash for the company!

Over time.... But this is a very small exercise of warrents only 17.5 million. Those were big placings. So maybe a small dip at the start.

I have personally experience two stocks where werrents were exercised. WSBN (placing at 2p and warrents at 3p) and VAL ( placing at 7.5p and warrents at 13.5p). Both stocks moved up many fold after the warrents were exercised. very positive!

This is positive! Already priced in when the first RNS came out. We traded many times this volume yesterday!

He is exercising the warrants slowly so the price doesn’t get affected. Plus company gets extra cash! Fully funded! No placing!

VAL market cap is too low! This is what everyone should be looking at when making a decision to buy or sell. I think bears focus too much on the price I.e where we were (20p) and were we are (50p). If they focus on the market cap they will soon release that we are undervalued. I think we will hit £200 million to £250 million market cap in next 1 to 2 years with Suzy as CEO! Hard/smart work always pays off! Suzy is just starting! GLA!

There are many ways to look at charts. I have a much higher target of £1.24p and £1.80p.

Remember once news comes all bets are off the table! 90p is a pattern based on current trend and not on any news. If the deal is good this target will be gone! Hence, my higher targets!
