Whats the worest that can happen? Delay on VAL 201 and we drop to 20p. And then move up to 30p before the news or VAL301 update.

I think the no deal is not part of the equation. TheoremRx and BOD have been planning trials for months so why do it if they had no interest.

Think about it.... if you are to raise money then you would have a "CUT OFF DATE" and if you couldnt get the funds then you would have known it by now. Im sure Suzy would have been informed if there were any delays.

Less then 10 trading days left. Little cruel to send out bad news now after Suzy was happy to give additional 3 months (90 days). If there were not ready in December then they had plenty of time to get the funds and plan clinical trials. Suzy said she has great relationship with TheoremRx. TheoremRx would understand that Suzy has shareholders constantly asking questions and share price will be affetced.
