I think even if Ghana was to give CLON a bad deal the SP would still rerate on crumbs. Any decent chunk of the Tano 2a block and it’s anybodys guess where this will get to.

Newmont have signed a contract, they’ve handed over payments to OMI. There’s no getting rid. We can only hope that they view Anza as an urgent play within their portfolio of assets.

I do think that it’s time to put a little pressure on I.S though and ask what is going on in the background and if there’s any efforts going on that might increase confidence and the SP as most investors must be sitting on a significant paper loss.

They’ve got an exploration licence and it’s the local govt that has rejected it, but the national govt no doubt will overuse that if there’s big money to be made.

It’s a difficult one this. On issue of a licence it’s a multi bag from here. Announcement of a JVeven further rise, but production make the current SP look minuscule. Bird in the hand or life changing money......all assuming the licence gets issued.

..what are people’s SP predictions on licence award? I’m holding @1.5m shares in CLON and still not sure whether to de-risk or play the long game if the licence pans out. Perfect scenario would be a big boy buying us out - dilemma solved :-)

Yes Raffyn, I could use the capital loss for the following year I suppose. I had earmarked it for this year. Might call the accountant to see what year would be the most beneficial to do it in.

Just been on the phone to AJBell who advised if I bed and ISA shares in my dealing account on Monday I won’t benefit from being able to post a @£9000 capital loss. As such, I am now no longer happy with anyone talking the share down as I will need to sell prior to close of play on Friday ( though may be advisable to do it today or tomorrow for funds to be available on Monday) and cross fingers that there’s no news/ major rise after I sell. So, for those much more in the know than myself, is there a time during the day when we seem to be higher or lower than others? I’ve heard people mentioning the ‘auction’, but not entirely sure what this is.
