....personally I'm looking to hold my holding purchased at @ 3p average, and offload everything from 15-28p I purchased on the rise. Then I'll just wait, so really need news to be able to get back waht I paid.

saxonaxe, whilst patience might be required, I 100% believe it's the lack of communication from the BoD that is heightening the lack of patience and the frustrations amongst those of us that are expressing our opinions this way. Most of us believe there is information that the BoD are sitting on, and it makes you wonder just who is benefitting from being able to load up at these depressed prices.

#4 a bit of a p155er too, but they can hide behind NDA's on that and I'm not that bothered about #1 other than it gives the BoD an opportunity to communicate something with us.

hope2gain, Hargreaves Landsdown are just a number of pooled investors like you or I that have their shareholdings in one of their accounts, so whilst they might have 22 odd percent, its spread over multiple owners

Thanks Bumble. 3/4 of my holding averages at just over 3p I'm not to worried about those, but the remainder at up to 28p I could do with getting the opportunity to trade if I'm honest. Had the BoD not played silly buggers with the term 'shortly' I'd probably be happier to just sit on my hands now having taken some of my investment off the table.

Bumble, whilst traders might not be the top of the company priorities, the lack of clarity from the BoD makes sitting on my hands and holding the full 100% of my investment here til the end game no longer an option for me. The intrinsic value of the assets can't be denied, and seems to be rising by the day through this crisis, but just as many of us have been caught out by this black swan event, the end game here is no longer guaranteed for holders. The risk /reward has shifted significanly and chilling and waiting could just as easily be a bad move than a good one.
The response you've replied to was me wanting news from the BoD after CJ62 suggested he didnt think it a good idea for them to surface until things had cooled down. Me wanting the BoD to provide us with news is neither here or there, its what I'd personally like to happen, they won't be led by either those that do or those that don't want significant news whilst the hostilities continue.

I must be stupid then CJ62, because I was holding to the end game and watched the value of my holding drop significantly. Now I just want to trade myself into a more comfortable position and need news for the share to become a bit more volatile rather than stuck where it is.

I find it highly unlikely that EUA's invisibility cloak becomes inactive the second they update their shareholders with anything of substance.

Sandy, I have every RNS from the last 2 yrs + with the important sections highlighted, so am aware of the BoD's policy of rushing the deal. I was responding to a post stating the BoD must realise they can no longer take their time or words to effect. However, I'm in full agreement, I think the BoD would be idiots if they didn't think it prudent to try and get this over the line as quickly as possible. Personally think the time has come to be pulling all nighters and issuing some ultimatums to the buyers.

in total agreement with Tigra's post. Im not sure the BoD do realise they cant drag this on however. They've pretty much not clarified a great deal other than sanctions won't affect us and our advisers are still with us. My support for them is waning by the day. They must understand that PI's have supported the company through thick and thin and continue to do so, yet no significant update.
