It reeks buy out, if you have a ground breaking discovery but had no intention to commercialise it you keep it in house secured under lock and key.

This is being separated to run independently as a separate entity. It’ll allow the rights to remain under the new company opposed to having to transfer ownership at the time of sale.

It is essentially creating the profile for the company saying this is what is up for sale and this is what we are keeping

Trading sideways typically means to keep the price fairly horizontal. Not to sharply rise or lower the bid. Not a L2 but I have the impression they are trying to fill a large order.

The 81p trade may have been a stop loss triggered. Happened to me before years ago, stop loss triggered 50% lower than the market value and had to buy back in @ 50% premium with a significantly smaller stake.

Bottom line don’t set a stop loss cos you’ll rarely win

Sam, since it was announced that Roche had a CE 100% accurate antibody test and was in the public eye with government discussions associated with it, I lost faith in ODX being the market expected sole provider for antibody tests in the uk.

Since that announcement it’s just been bumbling around the 50p mark.

I’m not expecting anything significant there, so i offloaded everything and popped it all in here.

Can’t bloody believe it. My initial sell target when I got in was 80% roi which would have been 54p. I missed that boat haha. I’m holding until it’s formalised that it’s part of the 50m MOU or agreement. That should definitely see it into the pounds. Yep, I reckon two weeks aught to do it. It should be a nice top up for casp once it’s worked out.
