Loan Balance Reduction via Equity Share Issue

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announces that to further reduce the balance of the funding facility announced on 28 June 2023 ("Loan"), it has delivered to RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd ("Investors") a fourth tranche of ordinary shares ("Equity Shares"). Conversion of these Equity Shares by the Investors now reduces the balance of the £2 million gross first cash sum received to approximately £0.66 million.

Application has been made for the fourth tranche of Equity Shares, numbering 206,965,282 ordinary shares in total, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 19 March 2024.

Oil has been exported from the Kimmeridge layer from the Kimmeridge Clays which are particular to the Weald which is not the same as "production" as you well know. Stop trying to twist my words and go paly with your wet wipes. The K1 well is not in the Weald.

Kimmeridge is a place. The oil does not come from the Kimmeridge layer, it comes from the Jurassic which lends its name to the Jurassic Coast. Talk about showing your ignorance.

UKOG don't think so otherwise they would be producing bucket loads from "the Weald / Kimmeridge".

You only need to look at "https://drillordrop.com/2024/03/04/uk-onshore-oil-and-gas-production-in-charts-december-2023/" to see how much oil is produced from the Weald.

I got my figures wrong. They still haven't produced more than they exported during testing.

Can't see it moving much until after cash raise. Trades almost non-existent. No wonder ocelot has been quiet apart from supporting the village idiot.

BB and Horse Hill are just hot air. Wonder what excuse they will come up with for not doing the re-injector. So much for the workover announced over 3 weeks ago. Bet they have spent the money for Horse Hill the same as they did for Loxley. Nothing like having to go cap in hand more than once for the same reason.

It is over a year since the first Planning Application for the "appeal" conditions were submitted. There are still 5 that have not been resolved.

It's probably why they are withholding the confirmation statement until they issue the next load of shares.

An idiot could get excited about this;

(variation of condition 1 of planning permission WSCC/002/22 extending the permission by 24 months to enable the completion of phase 4 site retention and restoration)

It is far cheaper to pay "farmer Giles" for another 2 years than restore the site especially when UKOG need all the cash they can get.

They gave a big clue back in 2019.
