But what is evident is the AGM was on 12th May 2021 when 12,955,610,312 shares were in issue so only a paltry 4.6% of shareholder votes were cast for Resolution 5 and not the 90 odd % you keep bandying around the bazaars. 4.6% Not exactly the support a company would expect at an AGM. ALBA got over 10% of shares in issue being voted.

The open offer is just a sop to appease some shareholders imo. I very much doubt if they expect much take up.

No doubt all those who voted against Resolution 6 will now purchase in the open offer we are still waiting for.

imo it was because more shareholders voted against resolution 6. imo it was 600,000 shares for and 1,000,000 against.

That is your opinion. Prove it. No numbers were given for Resolution 6. Nothing was said in the Notice for the GM on the subject. This is what was said "to dis-apply pre-emption rights was not passed and was therefore withdrawn by the directors.
The Directors therefore seek specific shareholder approval for authority to issue shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights in respect of those shares in order that the Company can raise money for its working capital obligations as set out above.
The Company will make available to the Shareholders an opportunity to participate in this fundraising on terms which are the same as the terms that will be offered to any new investors by way of an open offer on a pre-emptive basis.
Should the open offer be successful on a cost benefit basis the Company will make available to the Shareholders an opportunity to participate in all future fundraisings either: (i) by way of an open offer on a pre-emptive basis; or (ii) through a mechanism that allows shareholders participate in fundraising on a more general basis.

PS Only Holmwood of the 4 sites were in the Weald. Baxters Cpse was just inside the boundary so doesn't really count imo and offshore IOW and Markwells are outside the Weald Basin.
