I wouldn't as I would not tie up my cash for that long a period. I certainly would wait until they had all the conditions approved and funding for the build, drill and testing for the first 3 years.

But in that time they will still be flaring the gas. Then they have to go through the whole planning and permission process to drill the production well, test it before getting all the gas permissions to export it.

But you can buy Brent at under $100 and if you want gas in 2025 it is down to 115p. But I'll bet the prices are nowhere near that in 2025.

Loxley won't need funding for at least 2 years. It is now a month and they have made no moves to comply with any of the conditions listed in the inspectors report.
The only possible going concerns are HH, which is producing and supplying some income and Turkey which is in a state of flux.
We won't know how successful the new pump is until November.

And it won't be long before it is only worth £18k.
