Well done, BK. I added a few more shares to my holding today—the price is bonkers. Yesterday's RNS was the big one for me, as it indicates the kind of returns AEG will generate from each of its sites in the Gulf. I'm struggling to understand why the seller is still selling; this company's valuation should be much higher. Am I missing something?

Massive news today and I am absolutely gobsmacked at the poor market response. I only wish I had some more spare cash. This is only going one way.

I expect the next update within the next couple of weeks, in line with the 5 May RNS. It feels like a lot is happening behind the scenes right now.

The continued focus on UAE energy and storage projects is interesting, and getting the Bitdeer agreement finalised will be a huge milestone for AEG and its future growth.

It makes sense as they can lock in a profit by selling shares now while still holding warrants, which lets them de-risk and keep upside exposure. I wish I had some warrants.

Thanks Jam, I get that — it just still seems a bit odd to me. If an institution is investing £1 million, the actual share price shouldn’t really matter whether it’s £1, 1p, or 0.1p, because it’s still a relatively small detail compared to the size of the investment. In my opinion, it feels like an expensive exercise for very little benefit. Probably explains why I’m still where I am though! Lol

Thanks Mark. Can you explain the benefit of a consolidation? I always struggled to understand the benefit as the market cap is the market cap. It just costs shareholders money to consolidate the shares in legal fees and admin.

Hi BK, thanks for sharing your calcs. I use 8 as a multiplier due to the potential growth here on the free cash flows. However i believe that there are 6.8 billion shares in issue with the recent acquisitions. Where did you get the 1 billion shares?

I think 10mw would justify a sp of c. 0.3p. Hopefully I've made the error.

Where do you think the first revenues will come from? I’d guess the Ghummud site. The RNS on 5 May said the site was expected to reach full capacity within six weeks.

It looks impressive and seems to indicate that the 5.5MVA site is generating revenue. I hope it's true.

It looks like they have all the pieces lined up to get new sites on line within minimal capital up front. It seems a bit too good to be true. I hope they can execute and scale quickly.

I understand. My guess is that cantor are converting their warrants and selling them to make a quick profit and still maintain their core holding.

It’s frustrating, but at this stage it’s really just a waiting game. The company looks massively undervalued. Once the first site is up and running and starts generating revenue, it should significantly reduce the risk around the business.

I’ve done similar calculations and can’t understand why anyone would choose to sell at such a low share price. I added to my position this week and plan to buy more while the share price remains this low. I think the market is way off the mark with its valuation and understanding the potential here.
