Hairy_Harris tried this morning to do what he has done under all his other monikers on his other stocks, and that is to raise a small negative point and try to turn it into a big negative one!
Yes, Alexei did sell some stock when at a time he may have been close to ongoing the negotiations? but we don't know that as a fact!
What we do know is, he only sold a small amount of his shareholding! and NOT ALL! So he thinks they are worth holding onto!
If he had any doubts about the future share price! he would have sold at 42p and NOT at the much lower price he did sell for.
So because of the above two points in my mind, it was an emergency cash call as per the RNS!
If you being close to negotiations had any doubts, you would sell ALL, and at 42p, NOT just a small percentage, and at a much lower price!
Yes, his selfish actions for a personal cash call, without any pre-notification to the BOD must have left a very nasty taste!
But it was done, and nothing can undo that fact! but remember, it was NOT one of the BOD, who have only added to their large shareholdings!
Rember when Philip Taylor sold his 2 million shares, the share price dropped, due to the uninformed thinking he WAS a director of the company, courtesy, of the rag, Simply Wall St! Who had Philip Taylor down as a member of the BOD, just down to the number of shares HE held!
All water under the bridge for me, and a mountain made out of a molehill, by some!
