So as I say to use that twin gyro borehole surveying tool you need a borehole and I wrongly attributed that our existing boreholes may still be in situ so we could reuse them, but they are not, so only leaves NEW boreholes to use the took and as EUA have stated NO more drilling, someone else is?

Just applying logic, to how you can use a borehole tool if you don't have a borehole?

The point I was trying to make is if you are using a borehole surveying tool you need a borehole to use it...

I initially thought that as EUA has stated they are not going to do any more costly drilling how can you use this borehole tool and assumed in my original post that the original boreholes must still be in place and clear, but they would not have been lined so that is not the case.

So how do you use a borehole surveying tool if YOU as in EUA are not drilling any more holes?

The ONLY answer is somebody else is drilling these holes... and that only leaves the AP/NN joint venture.

As any other outcome would cost EUA and this is at NO cost to EUA, so somebody else is footing the bill in my book and that can only be NN?

Now, posters have been speculating that drilling has been taking place by AP and using their special tools to prove up the PGM base in the ground in partnership with EUA on the assets.

But from the RNS' it states ... "single Feasibility Study and without further drilling" ... so we are NOT drilling?

From the above, I took this bit:-
" in order to discuss a joint project with our company" ... To mean they were doing it in partnership together..

What if that line was just bad grammar, and it was in order to discuss a 'joint project', with our company?

If as we now know from the second part:-

So I may have misinterpreted and WE as in EUA are NOT doing anything at all with AP...

It is AP and NN that is in a joint venture and re-evaluating,

We are just chatting about it to AP,

AP is carrying out the DD for NN, as you would as in having a survey done on a prospective house purchase.

Interesting times ahead.

we always speculated NN would be involved and I speculate that they are paying for AP to carry out the survey on their behalf.

Just my latest thoughts on this, so do your own research.

I posted this on 27th of June.

"The Company is working on a Feasibility Study for the entire mining license area at West Kytlim, instead of at the Bolshaya Sosnovka area only, as originally proposed. Due to reserve and operational data generated over several seasons of mining, the Company has been able to strengthen its geological knowledge and apply this information to all resources on the mining license. As a result, the amount of drilling already undertaken is considered sufficient to raise the resources on the mining license to mineable categories pursuant to the Russian mining standard (GOST). The Feasibility Study now being worked on aims to raise all resources on the property to mineable categories within a single Feasibility Study and without further drilling. This is aimed to accelerate the development of multiple sites in parallel, which should significantly increase production volumes"

Basically, they feel they can upgrade the mineable categories within the property area without any extra borehole drilling and associated extra cost, which sounds a great plan.

Now if they think they can do that without any further drilling that must mean the existing boreholes are still there, and presumably where this snippet from back in March fits in.

Well, more recently they released this:-

By the way, Absolute Precision LLC makes a TwinGiro very sensitive borehole surveying tool used for Gravimetric surveys.

High precision Gravimetric surveys include the following uses:-

Mineral exploration;
Measurements of sediment thickness;
Regional geological mapping;
Detection of karsts and voids;

So what can we conclude from the above, well EUA has been in talks with AP about their TwinGiro Gravimetric tool to be used in an upcoming project, and more recently Nornickel has been testing out this tool for an upcoming project.

Now, pure speculation, but it is interesting to note that both companies are researching the same tool for upcoming projects in Russia, ..... could be they both be one and the same project? ..... We have all speculated that NN would be involved in our final outcome somehow.

seriously, think twice about that surgery, all through my treatment was the question 'have you had laser eye surgery in the past' it does not seem to have a good name and can go very wrong, I would always prefer glasses over laser, it can puncture the retina and allow fluid to get behind it and be the major cause of a detached retina, not worth the risk in my view my friend. and I can assure you you do not want to go through detached retina surgery it is most unpleasant watching and feeling surgical instruments being stuck through you eye... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lF82FOGtLRs

Sorry about that, yes L/H eye had a detached retina now fixed and because of the operation you get a nice cataract which has also been fixed, I went the private route as that was the only way to get a multi-focus lens fitted, now need new glasses.

What is your eyesight problem Tiddlor?

To all those posters douting for one minute, we might not get the flanks license, ... you do all realise that we actually held the flanks license in the past, don't you?

It was back in the day with the Joint Venture with Anglo American plc, so all we are doing is just applying to have the license that can 'only' be ours by law, back, after letting it lapse (due to at the time Pd with its low value not worth the expense of digging it up) with things now very much changed ( value of Palladium was about $175 per oz in December 2008 to today where we are at $2,336) so at a value now of approx 13 times what it was back then, you can see why it is now worth the effort!
It costs the company about $350 to dig up and produce an oz which is currently worth about $2336,
so very roughly .... $2000 profit.

The mechanics have vastly changed in our favor!

And when you take in that low cost to mine and the abundance of our PGM basket over our license area you soon realise this
is a very special play that any major PGM miner would love to own...

And why the company has currently put the 'FOR SALE' sign up...

The heavily invested great BOD and senior management are perfectly aligned with investors and if you are astute enough to realise will greatly profit by holding this stock for any buyout that may come our way.

I'm holding till the end and sorry to mention you again Anders_UK, but this very astute investor here on this chat board who bought in around the 0.6p area and now has over 38,713,557 shares or 1.35% of the company to his name or in today's money
NOW ... £7,350,000 riding on this.

If that does not inspire confidence, nothing will.......

Mrninja, this company has spent the last 25 years proving up its vast resources and is, at last, making a profit and growing organically moving forward, it is not a distressed company and has been approached by other companies and has said if the price is right we will sell either lock stock and barrel or piecemeal, whatever the outcome from an investors view the fact of anything not being sold is extremely unlikely and we have a large sino funding deal and further funding lined up if ever neaded, so fully funded going forward, the forward-looking valuation ( could be ) up to £8 per share in the future if we went for the long haul route and mined it ourselves, yes the mine has a life of 20 odd years, so what is not to like with this great company, a win-win and the share holder does not loose out long term and everything to play for...

Yes, Mac, that sort of profit would certainly generate a juicy dividend for investors :-)

That little 0.25p difference is the value of £75,000 to someone holding 30,000,000 shares................. not me I might add :-(
