Agree fundamentals are quite good but not worth anything without an investment, what kind of a deal are we going to get if any. This is why I'm a Landlord fundamentals are excellent, monthly income, property prices have gone nearly 5 fold since I started 26ish years ago. Putting money into Aim is just a hobby for me, it certainly isn't investing it's purely Gambling. Ps I have single families in my properties not 8.

It's having a massive effect on landlords as most of us are selling. My local council has even contacted me asking me to rent out to the immigrants to save hotel costs. On top of that the renter's right bill is due this year. This country will soon be in a right mess with all these taxes etc.

The big problem is after the Cln fiasco anyone who would be funding this is now in an either stronger position to get it cheaper with a very high percentage as they now know that we have no options left.
