Fair point! My frustration brims over with this company.

I agree with all you say TIL, but the BOD have been supremely poor at communicating with shareholders during the entirety of the suspension period.

Failing to deliver on communication promises when a plc is shameful. The NOMAD should not have signed off on the text or the last RNS if there was the slightest chance that no announcement would be forthcoming.

This company has been woeful in the news flow it provides to shareholders.

Time after time this company fails to deliver on promises.

No RNS. No comment at all. If this was quoted I’d be out.

Like the majority here I am a regular reader of all posts here, but post infrequently.

I am incredibly grateful for those posters who not only carry out their analysis and share it with us, but also those who contact the company, via IR, and share their views here too. Always very informative, within the confines of what the company is allowed to say.

Anyone is entitled to be in regular contact with IR, and the company are obliged to respond, and they will keep a log of all communications - and phone calls will be recorded. I have spoken to them in a couple of occasions for clarification on a few things.

For someone to suggest an individual (or “snide”) is gaining some sort of advantage is preposterous.

Stand up for yourself Smeddyo and report this chat board to the FCA if you think the company have been unethical. I know you will be proved very wrong.

I’m inclined to agree to a certain extent, but when II’s see then opportunity cost of having capital tied up in a business where they can’t trade to another opportunity, particularly when in 2022 the NASDAQ is up more than 20%, II’s will be mindful of dead money taking oxygen from performance.

Cavendish are joint brokers to the company, but have been largely silent since the suspension. They had been bulls of the company with a target price of 85p pre the SS deal.

All brokers and the NOMAD will need to play a crucial in the run up to the relisting, keeping the big institutions onside and potentially buyers of more stock.

My feeling is there may be a pent up order book of sell orders ( I’ve been an inadvertent large holder of this for too long and may want to rebalance) so if the SS deal is completed we’d need an orderly deal flow on both sides.

Until then, the waiting game continues.

I’d hope if SS fails shareholders would be given an opportunity to adjust their positions before another suspension, regardless of any potential new deal in the pipeline. The medium term Shante piece performance has been pedestrian, and that’s being polite.

It’s interesting that both of the main brokers to the company have no view on the valuation of the company as it currently stands.

Who knows how the relisting share price is determined behind the scenes in the absence of any normal supply/demand dynamics.

All a mystery.

I’ve got a lot of capital ties up in this company and have been frustrated by not being able to adjust my position (in either direction). One thing I fail to understand is why the shares were actually suspended in the first instance. In other bid situations on the main market, shares almost always remain traded, allowing holders to take a view either way on the likelihood of a corporate action succeeding (and the likely impact on the share price).

Can someone explain why this situation is different?

It’s now over 3 months since the suspension and we have had no update from management.

Does anyone have any clue what the timeline is? I’m a larger shareholder with dead money ties up in this which I can’t do anything with! Very annoyed

My first post although I’ve sat in the background as a long term holder and read all the positive and negative comments over the last few months.
There are some obvious bears and shorts here who would like to see the share price slide, so be it, that’s what makes a market.
There is a simplicity to all this, as Buffet says, the stock market is a great mechanism for the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient.
I believe this company has developed a transformational technology, but there are hurdles.
For those that don’t believe that, sell or short, I’m happy to be the other side of your trades.
