I would say it’s a positive indicator related to commercialising their find, and the discussions being held on the two company’s boards. If a merger is on the cards then having a director in both camps might not sit well with the appropriate authorities.

Given these rounded sells have been occurring over the last week and more, I'd be quite comfortable surmising it's either a large partaker of the recent placing, or Zoetic guys forward selling the exercising of some/all the warrants they were awarded, for an immediate profit.

I'm using IG - was quoted as low as .1087 to sell and as high as 0.1346 to Buy. Not sure the MM's know what to do!
