@ MCB - on the OTC listing it's against OTC rules to definitively state they *are* going to be listed there, hence the wording in the RNS. But I understand all paperwork has been submitted and we now await news of when we *have* listed there.

Yes I would expect distribution news very soon, just that the trading update in 6-8 weeks will give time for these to bed in and get meaningful figures on those deals.

So the HNW investor's rep being out to see the company last week, and then attending the AGM is all some sort of elaborate hoax!? Well there’s lots of speculation in the chat rooms about who our new UK billionaire beneficiary is, ranging from the ridiculous to the sublime e.g. David Beckham, Elon Musk, Alan Sugar, Ann Gloag, Jim Mellon etc.). I’m sure time will tell but clearly the reason for the placing is becoming clearer if he/she has the resources and contacts book to propel the CBD business forward

yup. The cash is for a ramp up in manufacturing & marketing and the HNWI will open the doors for sales outlets is my understanding. Expect to see UK (and Europe) distribution deals announced soon.

A low MCAP main market listed company who are expanding internationally in a lucrative market must come to the attention to serious investors / bigger players. The forthcoming availability on OTC for US investors will also bring liquidity. One can speculate on who the HNWI are - but I believe they've gone to sticky hands and have seen significant value for 350k @ 6.9p.

I believe the company are now a takeover target, either for an established company or for HNW players who want a low MCAP company with an expanding business in the latest lucrative market. Wouldn't be surprised if the placing cash is a means to an end i.e. to get the product lines and brand awareness enhanced and then taken out.
