So, on one side of the argument we have the cynical city types who believe an investor took an 800ks punt, on the basis he could forward sell the entire amount for a healthy profit before delivery of stock.

On other other side, we have the bulls who believe CW was installed as a prelude to Lamellar RTO'g into the stock.

The reality is that the truth is someone between these 2 versions. I can't believe CW - if you look at his CV via his own website hxxps://www.chriswardhaugh.com/ - you will see that this guy is genuine and I can not believe he simply allowed himself to be nominated to the board simply for a punter to flip 800k.

I suspect some of the RTO targets must have links with CW as his appointment is very person specific rather than use a more generic investment bank to run the process. So, I believe there is genuine interest here. All we can do is wait for the release of the TR1 now and see who the punter / LT investor is.
