Jarvy it is because the should have paid the 10 million by i think December end or Rainmaker could have brought team internet for 60% of the value so negotiations are regarding the money being paid the not the figure if that makes sense?

Jarvy this is not correct i believe

Rainmaker own the 10% and we had option to buy it but did come up with the funds hence allowing them to purchase the whole company at 60% of the value of team internet so all we have to do is pay up to own 100% no negotiations needed for the remaing 10%
