If Quantum only reached 0.1, I would be extremely disappointed. After all, what would the company be worth in real terms.

Tom. You certainly didn’t read my posts on companies I’m invested in carefully. Every single post is positive and supportive to those companies. And I havnt posted on any company I’m not invested in before. Have a good day.

The facts are that when I asked for my refund, I was treated to every trick in the book. First they asked for the order no and when I gave them the info, they said it didn’t match my name and address. Then the next day they came back and asked me for the order no again. This happened on numerous occasions. Obviously designed to put customers off and give up. The point I’m making is that this policy hasn’t come from people on the floor but from senior management and probably board level too. They simply have no intention of returning money unless they are forced to by other means. And some of you are saying this is a good company to invest in. Good luck with that.

You seem to be saying that there aren’t thousands of people waiting for refunds that will never arrive. I think you will find there are.

Percy. Buy any inexpensive item from them, say somat for a fiver and then send it back asking for a refund and see how you get on. I think I already know the answer.

JH. Thank you. I made it perfectly clear I’m not an investor here. However, any company that treats its customers the way Boohoo do, cannot be trusted. I’ve no idea how this will end for shareholders here. I certainly wouldn’t trust a company that behave in this manner.

Happy to provide documentation to anyone that thinks otherwise. Also I note that they raised 40 million the other day……..and yet refuse to pay out customers that are owed for refunds. If you don’t believe just go online and look. Simply dreadful company to.

For those that don’t realise, this is a simply dreadful company to do business with. I ordered an item from them approx 3 months ago, returned it as the size wasn’t suitable and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve exchanged approx 50 emails with them and had every excuse in the book. Looking online there are hundreds if no thousands of people in the same position. I don’t hold any shares here but any company that behaves in this manner defo should be avoided. If they treat customers this way, they certainly aren’t going to care 2 hoots about shareholders.
