So who just spent that "off book" at 2pm for 1p yesterday 15th April? What's happening.....

My maths fails me - so that means a tripling of customers, right? So if it was say 30,000 Dec 2020, it might be 90,000 now?

@Timster, yes we can all read that too. What are you trying to say? That this is a NEW award (yikes), or that it is publication about an OLD one and so nothing too much to worry about?

Why is this "concluded" on 13th March (whatever "concluded" means) yet issued as a "Contract award notice" on 9th April, just under 4 weeks later? I just don't understand that at all. Old or new?

Someone please point me to where it says this ended 13th March? I can read, and I see

No, you cannot buy from Peterhouse, re-read the RNS. You have to apply to your broker, and you have to hope they have a relationship with Peterhouse:

Independent financial advisers, stockbrokers or other firms authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority may apply to participate in the Broker Option, on behalf of existing shareholders and other interested applicants. As Peterhouse cannot take direct orders from individual private investors, independent financial advisers, stockbrokers, or other firms authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, should communicate their interest to Peterhouse. Parties who wish to register their interest in participating in the Broker Option should contact Peterhouse on STX: 76086 or +44 (0) 20 7220 9797. Each application should state the number of Broker Option Shares that the interested party wishes to acquire at the Issue Price and should be submitted to Peterhouse no later than -4.30pm on 08 April 2021.

Tbh, I am really not following why anyone thinks CTEA would be in the running for any UK gov't contract. Boris is not going to stand up and say "and the winner is Catenae" anytime soon. What am I missing. Sure, they are on consulting panels etc, but anything from the Gov't will be via NHS app. Too late to licence in any POC work, surely. Contracts with private companies etc, sure, but if I was a corporate, pub, restaurant, venue, airline etc, I'd be happy to accept the gov't ID. Have I lost the plot? Yes, I am a shareholder, for the wildcard.

Anyone care to hazard a guess as to where we are going down to? I'm a LHT, to be clear (early 2020), just not able to post here as often as I used to so have got out of date as to what's happening, too many family issues at the moment.
