When do we think steel prices will start to rise again. And is evraz in a good position to deal with the low commodity price?

Really believed this would hit around the 2.50ish mark, especially after the share buy back and strong recent performance. However with the decline in the metals and mining industry, this has been in free fall and i really regret not selling some of my shares around the £2.00ish. I wonder how long this will take to recover back to those levels and what is the lowest it can hit now. What are people's thoughts?
