I think there are serious doubts about this deal

I have a feeling it may not happen. Also any other bidder would have shown there hand by now. About 2 weeks left for an offer if they dont extend.

Thats not what im querying.

What im saying is ingredion have said offer is 615p including final and interim dividends.

If the offer arrives after ex div of 18th June then the final dividend shareholders are entitled to without takeover.

Therefore the offer will stand at 595 + interim only if they dont adjust it.

Goes ex dividend on 18th June 2026. If an offer comes after 18th June how can ingredion still include it in their offer price of 595p + final + interim. As shareholders will be entitled to the final before offer being made?

The price is almost trading 20% lower then suggested bid price. Does the market think the bid will be lowered or ingredion will walk? What are your thoughts?

Usually share prices rise close to the suggested offer price. Any reason why this was languishing around 535p today. I would have thought it wpuld have been atleast 585p. The marker must not be fully certain about a deal.

Is the closing price 156.80 or 161p. Not thag it matters too much anyway.

I've not been up to date with tullow recently. It I have a break even price of around 50p.

I know the company is a lot different to what it was and has not less assets than before.

What to long term holders expect to achieve here realistically.

Are there any prospects kf new finds or increase production above 40k bopd.
