This video is available on the 17th, which could make that Monday a very interesting trading day indeed!

This time it is BridgeBio, rare diseases and cancer, rumoured to be pulling out of AACR, because of interest from the majors in both their oncology and genetic diseases division.
AACR will this year definitely have a strong M&A theme and valuations will be heading north and Avacta with AVA3396 data could be very busy!

Active news flow ahead of us and it would not be a surprise if there was a significant piece of news item, which would be highly price sensitive ahead of the conference.

Perhaps it would be sensible to look at where Avacta is now, with regards to imminent and upcoming news from the FDA ,regarding Avacta’s existing pipeline including AVA3396.
AACR will indeed be an event of company updates and M&A news.
Then take a look at the share price today, remember it and then let us see where we are, once the conference starts.

NY understands how important FDA is and pre AACR the sector will have more statements, M&A activity and BioTech, Gene editing and Stemcell hitting the headlines.

With a shareholder like GenScript Biotech who floated Legend Biotech in a $423 mill IPO back in 2020, things could get very interesting for a 20% + shareholder like Avacta.
