Thought I'd share some of these reviews to steady the ship as you say investing in the person .......
1. Phil Wilson - Tim and I undertook the due diligence on the Reko Diq project for Barrick and we worked together on the project through to completion of the feasibility study. Tim is dedicated and has tremendous leadership skills and it was a pleasure working with him
2. Cathy Taylor - Tim is a role model for leading mine development projects. He creates highly effective cross functional teams that are encouraged to generate and implement new approaches to addressing issues. Tim has achieved the trust and confidence of his project stakeholders (i.e. team members, partners, contractors & owners) as a result of his technical and management skills, including a rare ability to focus on both short and longer term perspectives.
3. Drew Craig - As the Resources Manager I reported to Tim during my time at the Reko Diq project. This was the first time I had worked alongside Tim and it was immediately apparent that he had won respect throughout the organisation and indeed the local community for his dynamic leadership and diligent management.
Tim is passionate about his work and strives to ensure that all those under his management are equally enthused and incentivised. He shows great empathy with those under his management and is highly proactive in mentoring and trying to pass on much of his accumulated wealth of experience in the mineral exploration and drilling technology fields.
Having known Tim for several years I have yet to meet a man who works so tirelessly on such a wide range of projects and commercial duties. Finally, I hope that I will have further opportunities to work with Tim in the future. See less
4. I have worked for TIm on two occasions, in Tanzania and more recently in ****stan this has been over a period of approximately 10 years.
Tim has an exceptional way of getting the best out of the personel around him, His supportive character and decisive nature along with his open personality encourages people to have a sence of pride in their work no matter at what level of employment they may be engaged in.
Tim treats everyone with respect and people naturally look up to him for advice and direction.
Tim leads by example and has a good mind for planning and staff development which is supported by a calm common sence approach that is well respected by his peers and subordinates alike.
Tim is a geologist by nature but has turned his hand effectively to many roles in his managerial career.
Tim sets achievable goals for his own personal development and has gained constant promotions to his credit by persistence and personnel effort.
Tim is a exceptionally valuable asset to any employer.
