It is a tricky call. Tim always said once the value of sengal was determined the SP should be about 1.4p that gave me hope as my average was around 1.11p so actually thinking i could realise some profit without factoring in the district that is Cameroon.

However I just don't know when that news will come IAMG are busy spending $60M pimping up Boto so in some ways the y do not need to rush, they also have a water tight contract that prevents ORR from doing any drilling on the licences so a little bit over a barrel there.

I think if you can afford to hold you will see returns well above 1p but it may take some time to come together. I did sell some of my holding here just because i'd gotten myself too "top heavy" on one stock (not that my SYME holding isn't either)

It is a tough call to make, sods law if you sell then great news drops. The other thing i'm not so fond with this share is the spread but i guess thats part and parcel of AIM

Thanks Troj, I owe you one. I dumped ARB on Monday morning first thing then it tanked so I bought back in when it fell below 90 just dumped it again @ 120. Soaked up some of the losses from here. I was officially a day trader on Monday well for a bit. Watch it fly now plus the Elon Effect and watch this fly too. I hope this does any way. I don't think any of us deserve to be at the current Share price where we are. It baffled me why we got so low over this last few weeks.

Fingers crossed this starts heading back up again.

Hey Troj if you can find somewhere dark the Perseids don't usually disappoint. Bonus i think this year is there is no moon in the sky either. the challenge with Blighty is the weather. Where i am it hasn't rained in about 25 days. So should be clear.

ARB / ARGO (not wanting to hijack this share ORR board for another) but I thought it was very oversold. Am no expert but looking at the price when BTC was around 31K ARB was higher. Typically it should track BTC I still feel BTC will have another run so happy to put it there. My target out is 171 (or if it goes beyond that, it is where my stop would go).

Highly speculative but I've been watching the company as long as I've watched ORR and I like how the business is run the CEO is very good with updates to the market and they seem to have a decent plan.

Am still holding here too but i figured from the last company comms where they bashed the PIs for complaining about news Tim said if you listen to us "we said news by end of Q2" they didn't they said news throughout. Now I think they are saying news in H2 so that could be Oct / Nov / Dec etc. I feel Senegal should come sooner but who knows?

Therefore i thought I would look for opportunities elsewhere to recoup a bit.

Hey Kuttz doing good thanks for asking. I ended up unwinding some of my holding here and moved it into SYME & ARB as I think it will be a while before we get news here. Plus I was probably overweight with 9M. It wasn't as painful as i thought.

Hope I'm wrong on the news but when they say H2 that could be in several weeks. In an ideal world I will make some back elsewhere and get back in here. But we will see. ARB was good to me last night and this morning so fingers crossed.

This RNS helps to underwrite the assessment Bob the CFO made a few weeks back that the valuation of the non core assets (i.e. excluding west Africa Senegal & Cameroon) was about £8m. We are currently at £9m MCAP. At some point we have to rerate to around 1.4p to cover what we have here.

@Jack at the end of the day dude it is your money so I wouldn't worry about what some anonymous folks on a BB say. Even if you did care and someone was giving you crap for selling there is no guarantee the person giving you crap has any money or indeed actually invested in the stock. I've spoken at times about my approx. holding as Kutzz and i held similar amounts before he surged ahead. But there is no real guarantee Kutzz & I actually hold or how much we hold, only we know this.

I'm holding out long term as I know I will get my money back out of Senegal (eventually) of course that would be a stupid investment plan to risk a lot of capital to break even but I also see potential here to get to about 4p eventually or an MCAP of the equivalent, looking at the timeline that's probably 2 years and of course a risk but a decent return if it comes together.

Chances are I could take my money out of here put it in something else and be 40% down again on that money. So i am not going to do that. I have a few other loose shares doing ok and a couple like this with potential. I will just have to be patient here.

Trojan, link did not work for me but I suspect there should be a round of PR from Tim on various videos to wrap up this drilling campaign be interested to see what they say. I recall him saying a while ago the Majors are always looking for new ground and we are sitting slap bang on some virgin Mary territory.

First mover advantage in Cameroon. Bibemi now provides justification for a major to dip their toe in for exploration. For instance what is a $10m exploration spend to someone like Barrick, it's peanuts but it secures the territory and also lets ORR go off an explore the central licence package. If the Central license package yields results then the major who JVs on Bibemi has a better chance of securing a further JV with ORR on the central licences.

So if this happens we could be in for an interesting time towards the end of the year! However ORR may also want to do as much of the exploration as they can on their own since that also increases the value for them longer term.

Ha jack mate, you sound like the one with the axe to grind my friend. I'm not angry as I've said many times before on this board. The bulk of my investments are in ETF's as I leave my retirement plan in the hands of the experts.

The 1.2M i bought a few weeks back, I did say I could only hold that for a few weeks, that is indeed a punt but I bought it with my eyes wide open and with a view that I could take a 40% hit if I needed to . As it stands I have covered this with some other funds so I can defer selling for another 2 - 3 months if needed but my goal was to sell this pot around 1.5p

Anyhow enough on this subject as it is getting a bit boring. Lets see what the next 2 days brings

1. Results which the market thinks are great
2. Results which the market doesn't like
3. No results and an RNS explaining the delay

I don't have a crystal ball but I think the options above are the scenarios unless anyone has other ideas?

@Jack if you want to sell that is your choice, I probably wouldn't recommend it at this stage but that is up to you.

If you are referring to me I am not sure what you glean from my post that senses I am angry.

I'm just expressing my opinion on my experience of having been in this share for the last seven months. It is very much driven by news or when it makes a reversal (lack of news or news that is sometimes unfairly misinterpreted).

I appreciate that may not be what you want to hear but I'm not going to post fluffy stuff to massage your decision on holding or buying more, that is totally up to you.

As others on here know I have a decent wedge, more than what the CEO currently holds, I didn't buy that many to sell off at a loss several days before the expectation of results. If you look back through my posts I have mostly been positive on the opportunity here when many have not been. I've done that vocally and added 1.2m not so long ago!

I guess perhaps I could have worded my post as don't be surprised if news doesn't come by 30th that.........

Ultimately if the gold is in the ground the short term share price fluctuations won't matter
