I realise many are getting bored whilst waiting but in this sector this is the name of the game. We have a winner (not potential) the like of which I have not seen in 20 odd years of investing and with the majority PI's. With the value (understatement)here the big boys are throwing everything to undermine and the more we try a second guess the more we play into their hands. Take a deep breath stay off of here and just wait for news, it will do your sanity the world of good.

Of course there will be and independent assessment, one set (if not both) of shareholders will be disappointed and both boards will be more than happy to say "it wasn't us)

Thanks for you reply Archway I did not express myself well. Does the fact that you have received relief in an ISA preclude you from receiving further IHT exemption.

Does IHT apply if already protected in an ISA?

Read Accountants and Lawyers, anything not nailed down in black and white will be ignored if allowed to get away with it. Very few contracts are 100% without glitches or clouded interpretations If push comes to shove and time is required the courts are a great way of wasting it, you do not even have to win..

I am expecting the full force of Mordor being brought to bear to hold the line next week, for LTH (8years and counting) the share price is really irrelevant at this stage, although no doubt we will see explosions on here. Just my two penny's worth.

5% here 5% there I can remember 20%-50% in a day when this sector was buoyant. Those days will return (not necessarily the %'s). Just keep calm and carry on.

I suspect (for only 10M) this is designed to sort a number of smaller issues not least of which is to give the shorts an exit route and Institutions a means to take a toe in the door position. I just hope I can get in tomorrow but fully expecting to see NT. Not prepared to put in an order as any confidence in what is rational on AIM has long gone.

All the better to sell over the next few days to maintain control over the price. Eventually we will get the thrust for lift off but there is so much money at stake here it will be a hard fought battle. Patience

Speedy, take your point re BIS although Fed would have input into US position,. A thought occurred re Russia and particularly China, are they clearing the way to take control of pricing. Is that good for Gold or out of the frying pan into the fire.
