Is there anyway that this scheme of arrangement can affect GGP's ability to be held in an ISA. Obviously if they drop out of the AIM listing a couple of years down the line we would be impacted. The new holding company would make it easier to do that I assume

So you don't think they have behind the last year + games and have not already amassed control (somewhere) of 30%+. Takeovers are planned for a very long time.

Problem is it will loose AIM death duty benefits which will be a problem for real long term investors.
