Looks like good movement with 33% but with a spread or indicative spread of 66% you cannot really trade it. Or if you do at your peril....imhpo not really worth it...

I do not see why anyone should pay a premium after all, did not Comet have to pay a reverse premium of around £40,000,000 to take if off their hands...Shareholders are last on the pecking order and in cases like this loose everything. Play this expecting to loose it all..............imhpo

Looks like rumours of Administration or Receivership soon after is a big possiblity. Not sure of any substance in the share price rise...leave this to the big guys with big stakes....

Catalyst Media Group Plc ("CMG" or the "Company") SIS Dividend CMG is pleased to announce that the board of Satellite Information Services (Holdings) Limited ("SIS"), in which CMG has a 20.54 per cent. shareholding, has approved a dividend of £7million in respect of the available profits as at 31 March 2010. Accordingly, CMG will receive £1,437,800 million, payable by 30thth December 2011. The dividend will be applied, inter alia, to the full repayment of the Company's outstanding borrowings of approximately £650,000. Last time I saw him was early Thursday morning. So he did not come in after that and did not post on Friday at all, still nothing. Might have been suspended temporarily. Trouble with Riddler is, he dishes it out but cannot take it when it comes back. Now if the same people do what he does he would be in big trouble. ACTA WSG both his shares Dropped big time...He was topping up on WSG from 14 pence then again at 10 pence...It droppped to 7 pence where I became a buyer and now going up from there... If he was buyign at 14 pence I thought I should get some at half the price... I remember him going to MTV saying how it is going down...Its only right to say his shares are going down, don`t you think so?

Yes that is true. There is a history of a companies which went up significantly just because someone decided to get in on the Cache of one person..Its all down to what is a very significant change on the share structure. Thats a huge number and there are not many on freefloat..So it was always going to do that. I thought it might get 100%. Seeing what was possible rather than saying it is happening to get people in..There is a slight variation which is often over looked or is subtle. I am sure you can see that. Then you can always inform the newbies they are buying shares off others who have sold out. It looks dreadful but that is how it has always worked is it not? The real interesting movement was actually from 1 pence to 3 pence...Someone was buying with a bit of info. I assure you. I was quite aware of the iregular movement. MM just did not have the shares to cover this. Watch this space....

I have done it before in less time.....There were some extenuating circumstances...
