AFC Solution to Be Commercially Available through Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking, Tarana

Arlington, VA – February 23, 2024 – Federated Wireless, the leader in shared spectrum and private wireless solutions, today announced Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification of its Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) system in the 6 GHz band.

To date, Federated Wireless has announced commercial agreements with Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking, MediaTek, and Airspan/Mimosa, the leading enterprise WLAN access point manufacturers collectively responsible for more than 50% of the worldwide enterprise outdoor access point market.

These commercial agreements accelerate standard power and outdoor access point operations in the 6 GHz band, and swiftly enable access to the band for Wi-Fi and fixed wireless providers like Tarana.

“We’ve been working with regulators around the world and our industry partners for the last five years to build the policies and ecosystem to support the use of the 6 GHz band,” explained Federated Wireless CEO Iyad Tarazi. “The increased amounts of power that we’re able to make available for Wi-Fi, Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs), and OEMs serving the Fixed Wireless Access WISP market opens a new universe of potential use-cases and revenue streams for equipment makers and service providers.”

The Allenby research note is more detailed than any previous and points to various directions and hints going forward. It would have had to have the OK from the BOD .

The ENI details are very suggestive and for the first time.

Trying to take the positives from that report to balance the dilutive effect of the raise at 0.5p .... its not easy but it is what it is. The company placings suggest to me were for mates acquaintances and possibly dignitaries, as a brown envelope thank you. The limited access to the retail offer could have been similar but under disguise. Have I been too cynical ? hrrmmm !!

Entire 2023 was $4.5m in cash from customers

Generated revenue $3,8m which is 30% above revenue of 2022

Restricted expenses and focused on the company's semi conductor delivery system and chip which is on one chip. Reduced by 50% compared to June 2023

Fair comment Coco but I too hope and expect, from the very recent actions, for ENET to burst into life

Well that has certainly shown your views Skid... you have obviously been around a long time and are wary of DL. I have not been around a long time and consequently with no axe to grind I remain more with the now and the future.

Long term shareholders will definitely have been hurt judging by the previous SPs of time gone by. A new team is being created with no parameters of working and the products and their patents should be /are ready for monetising or are monetised in the case of Tarana. The latest Tarana certification should reap rewards for ENET.

I didn't think the derampers would make comment on the CEO's words.

In a good place as we shall find out in 2024.

Some points from DL from Dec 5th 2023

1. Revived business operation in H2 2023.

2. 2024 generate a positive cashflow picture.

3. Company presentation on the website to highlight the 3 markets that ENET operate in.

4. Ramp up and monetise the business.

5. Need to raise additional capital to improve the balance sheet to present to new customers a healthy balance sheet

6. Going forward need top generate a positive cashflow BUT we are NOT planning to come back to the market for a fund raise in the near future but need to improve the balance sheet.

(Thinking of the recent strategic appointments the direction is clearly labelled)
