L2 was very briefly bidding and offering at 0.45, albeit only 36k on the offer. That offer was not available online. However, I see it has now been taken up in auction, over two trades.

Expanded Portfolio: The partnership aims to combine QSMetric with IB’s existing neuro-imaging solutions to enhance clinical decision-making tools.

Future Development: The collaboration includes plans for developing AI-driven analytics, integrating with other imaging technologies, and expanding applications in neuro-oncology and vascular disorders.

Global Distribution: In December 2025, this partnership was strengthened by an expanded global distribution agreement with GE HealthCare to accelerate access to this technology.

This strategic alliance is designed to improve clinical workflows, providing more accurate, quantitative, and automated assessments for improved patient care

With that 500k sale, we are now back to 4 v 1.

A very sensible, comprehensive update. A slight profit to be announced, so revenue up from the previous trading update. That was to have been in the range $900k-$1m. So is the additional from the IB product range and/or Kirkstall?

No placing needing is the real plus.

A positive reaction to yesterday's Paraytec update, albeit it is struggling to hold those gains today.

Hats off to TB if he is able to get a Truetide placing away at the nominal value of 2p. One is certainly needed if they are to increase their investment options.

As for IBAI, we already know the revenue range for the full year. I suspect we may get news before the results, which will increase the bullish tone of the forward looking statement.

This is a huge year for TB, the Board and long suffering shareholders. It's time to deliver in a format that potential new shareholders fully understand. The appointment of someone like David Smith, former IQAI CFO, to liaise between the likes of Proactive and investors. would be very welcome indeed. After all, he still retains options in the company.

Yesterday we had sales of 1.25m and 1m. Today we have had three trades totalling 1.25m, with the larger of the three being delayed an hour.

So we either have a person/s unloading a position/s because it is right for them, or someone is convinced that they will shortly be able to buy lower. I suspect it is the former, as we have had no lower boundaries crossed. Of course, that may only happen once selling is complete.

The next few weeks up until Christmas, possibly including a trading statement, are going to be very interesting indeed. It remains, in my opinion, an opportunity to accumulate. Let's see if I am right or wrong.

Delta T1 Maps

Method: They are generated by performing a calibrated subtraction of a standardized pre-contrast T1 image from a standardized post-contrast image.

Key Information: This process effectively removes contributions from pre-existing bright signals (like blood products or post-surgical artifacts), ensuring that only the areas that actively uptake the contrast agent (indicating potential tumor or breakdown of the blood-brain barrier) are shown. This helps in identifying subtle enhancing regions and accurately delineating the tumor boundary.

FTB Maps

Purpose: FTB maps are a more advanced, comprehensive biomarker used to determine the nature of the contrast-enhancing tissue, specifically distinguishing high-grade tumor from non-tumor or treatment-related changes (which often look similar on standard T1+C images).

Method: FTB mapping is a two-step process that incorporates Delta T1 map data:

The Delta T1 map is first used to precisely and consistently identify the region of interest (ROI) that is truly enhancing.

Then, quantitative blood volume (standardized relative cerebral blood volume, sRCBV) values derived from a separate perfusion MRI scan (using Imaging Biometrics' IB Neuro platform) are co-registered to this ROI.

These blood volume values are classified using specific thresholds to generate the final color-coded FTB map, which indicates areas of low, mid, and high vascularity.

Key Information: By combining anatomical enhancement information with functional perfusion data, FTB maps provide a quantitative measure of tumor burden and help physicians make more informed decisions regarding diagnosis, biopsy guidance, and monitoring treatment response.

In essence, the Delta T1 map is the foundational tool for identifying where there is enhancement, while the FTB map builds upon that to determine what that enhancing tissue likely is based on its blood flow characteristics.

For those interested in the share price moving higher, IB Delta T1 maps are FDA approved, patent pending. FTB maps are FDA approved based on IB Neuro FDA approval.

I have absolutely no problem with people posting in accordance with their agenda. Whether that is long or short. However, I feel embarrassed for you trying to talk down today's RNS. If for no other reason, you should rejoice in one particular patients continued survival. I personally feel each day is something new and very special for his or her family.

There is so much more I could comment on here, but I will not do so.

Instead, I will just say today's RNS was so much better than some people realise. It is a huge milestone for the company.

As Cautious has just said, "the data will be excellent and exceed expectations" and that is from someone who has consistently been critical of TB and the company.

Tomorrow's volume is going to be very interesting. Let's see if the professional investor starts to replace those retail investors looking to exit. I certainly hope so.

Companies House have been advised of the termination of Mr Vivian David Hallam (also Executive Director of Truetide) as a Director of Kirkstall Ltd. This took effect on 14 October 2025.

Previously the loans had been written down. Now that they have been written off, the meanings are the same.

Stonechecker has been written down to zero in IBAI accounts. That doesn't mean it is worthless.

From the Truetide RNS:-

"The loans had been written down to zero by Truetide in its most recent accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 as a prudent assessment of their current value, since the business was loss making and unlikely to make any repayments in the reasonably foreseeable future. As these loans had already been written down to zero in the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, this variation has no additional financial impact on Truetide."

Anyway, we both understand that IBAI, via Kirkstall, do not have a debt liability to Truetide.

No that is not true. There is no indication that Truetide will exercise the loan note conversion anytime soon. Just think about it. It is far better they receive the 6% annual coupon, which at a later point would be added to the conversion amount and converted into IBAI shares.

If Truetide need revenue earlier, then they can sell some of their IBAI shares acquired at 1p and 1.1p.

Bottom line is, Truetide need to maximise revenue from the sale of IBAI shares, as there is no longer any possibility of a special dividend for Truetide shareholders from Kirkstall milestones. That is now with IBAI shareholders.
