I agree FAB shouldn't be taking any in the IQAI placing. However, it is unlikely that they added in the open market since the placing was announced. So why sell IQAI shares in the first place. Solely to buy shares in CMH? I don't buy the rationale for that decision, given the multiples that the IQAI share price could achieve this year.

Chamberlain's placing and subscription of 9th January were admitted on 15th January.

As FAB's 3% threshold was crossed on 15th January, is it is safe to assume they took their 6.6m shares at the placing/subscription price of 2p, for a total investment of £132k?

So how much do we think FAB took in the IQAI giveaway at 1.5p?

Indeed, how much do we think Trevor took in the placing?

Remember, once the shares are admitted on Friday, there will be new total of 221,709,789 shares. 30% of that total is 66,512,936.

Trevor currently holds 45,761,083 shares.

FAB currently holds 7,254,779 shares.

Total combined 53,015,862.

So there is scope for Trevor/FAB to purchase a further (66,512,936 - 53,015,862) 13,497,074 shares in the placing.

Two days is not long to wait to determine the confidence that the Brown family have in OUR company.

Indeed, re TB being an Executive director of Chamberlain, hence my value comment. I suspect Trevor will face a lot of questions if both he and Chamberlain do not see real value at 1.5p. Personally, I think Trevor should be buying on the open market too.

I suspect all will be revealed, or not, on Friday1st March.

FAB have declared a 3.68% position in Chamberlain (CMH). They must see value there!

... I thought I would raise a question for people to ponder and debate.

With the EAP launched on 10/1 and with the Musella Foundation $100k grant of 2/2, which will be used to "facilitate the IEAP including writing and submitting the study protocol, patient screening and on-boarding", expectations are for the EAP to begin in Q2, subject to FDA approval.

As the "EAP will accelerate data obtained from a broader, real world, patient population", which "would advance the development process on many levels including maximising the full benefit of the Fast Track Designation", this raises an interesting question.

What is the possibility that EAP data could alleviate the need for a phase III trial, so saving a considerable amount of time and money?

If so, would this not hasten the sale of the company, rather than just concentrate thoughts on a phase II partner?

There are no more loan notes to convert. So if FAB sell shares now and TB doesn't buy, their 'concert party' combined holding reduces.

If FAB sell and TB buys an equivalent amount, then I presume this could be done via a cross trade at an agreed price?

Note, TB currently has the flexibility to buy circa 6m shares without FAB selling any and their 'concert party' remain under 30%.

Should there be any third party investment going forward or indeed further loan notes issued, then the combined 'concert party' holding could be increased.

Yes both were buys, as prior 3.20p trades were also buys.

We opened at 3.10p/3.22p for small today.

.... with every trade. Now 3.25p to sell and full 3.4p to buy for 100k.

Not for the first time, we have 3x75k buys and sells. This time on the same day. Just a trader wanting to catch the big move higher. I am not going to knock it, as it works well until the day we have the huge RNS which causes a big gap up.

Following the commercial agreement signed with GE Healthcare back in August 2023 (https://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/rns/announcement/b76865fb-ce3d-4590-a2af-d8943bbb921f), I could very much see us being a target for them.

Now a nice 307k delayed buy gone through from just before those two buys. Interesting....

It won't take much to move this rapidly higher IF FAB have stopped selling.

This from my post of 20/1:-

Now FAB have sold another 3m shares. So if there are no more CLN's to convert, as has been stated in TB's Director Dealings & Conversion RNS of 15/1, we have buyers of an increasing amount of stock. The question is who, if not TB?

Have sold a further 3m shares and gone from 5.38% to 3.68%, as per 19/1.

One more TR1 from them and they are under 3%, so no further RNS' after that, evenif they continue to unload to zero. Now let's see if TB increases with a revised TR1. If not, we have some significant buyer maybe, rather than small pi's?

Either way, it's playing out....slowly!

How many times do we we need to say this. FAB have been selling to provide cash for the Brown controlled family business AND more importantly, to allow Trevor to convert the loan notes without going over 30%. Now in the last RNS it was stated that all loan notes have been converted. This does not mean that new loan notes will not be issued at some point in the future, as clearly I think they may well be. But these will have an expiry date way ahead in the future, let's say 2-5 years. So there is no dilution for shareholders now and the company could choose to pay back the cash in the future, rather than issue shares. In either case, with the coupon interest.

This means TB could acquire another 1.55% on the open market now (circa 3m shares) and still remain under a combined holding of 30%. However, he won't do that, as I would assume that loan notes remain a cheaper option for him. That said, if we announce a phase II partner/third party investment then those loan notes may not be necessary. TB would still have the option to buy shares and remain under the enlarged 30% limit.

So what could happen next week?

Well my anger would be the realisation that the house broker has been forward selling a placing or that BOTH FAB and TB have issued new loan notes. Personally, I do not think the former will happen.

So let's see if we get one or more RNS' on Monday, one of which takes FAB below 3%.

No matter what though, the anger on this BB is such that a resolution has to come immediately.
