RE: Two large (1.5m) trades at 7.60p just reported19 Mar 2021 21:37
How can the SP be higher tomorrow? it’s Saturday!!!!! But joking aside I’m not wrong, i’ve not been wrong for a few weeks in that the SP would go south, this is despite the small rise this morning of 14% and then SP back down and finishing 4% lower to where it started out!!!!!, but in any case, it doesn’t take the brains of Lloyd George to come up with a SP at high end based on 2mt based on the amount of shares in issue. Remove 80% for AA and at a £9k spot price for Cu of the difference and you get “485 pennies” but this sum will go down should CB raise money by diluting the SP In time. Cu will rise as China and India make demands going forward. So Cu having already slip from £9615 means it could still rise a lot more given the forward looking demand. But remember Aluminum can easily be used in place of copper if need be. Some EV’s are being build whereby Aluminum is used rather than copper, all depending on market prices of Copper. But who is to say there’s 2mt in the ground?.... it’s fair to say that CB did say it’s going to take more than a few months to give a better and full estimate of the amount up for grabs. I would say based on the estimated 2mt’s and there being more further afield, the SP could reach much much higher levels from its current price even if CB wants to raise more funds for BR if needed. Correct me if I’m out of my death but it’s just my view and forward thinking. But the SP isn’t going to move just yet!! Some bloggers on here take offence in me saying the SP over the past few weeks would go south. The truth hurts but in reality and has evidenced over the past few weeks and today I was right!!! I got high rated angry Tweets from Tesla fans when I predicted and posted a month or so ago that would go south. Tesla fans said I didn’t know what I was talking about. But the truth was that it were they who didn’t know what they were talking about, I said Tesla would fall from $891 to $575. Of course this happens. Again the truth hurts tweets can’t be argued if you are right. I’m not a downer on a SP but I look at the reasoning surrounding a SP in its fundamentals and tangible assets. I hope this makes sense. Excuse spelling mistakes.
