Dax short closed for 20 pts. only--turned on me right on the point !! --still better than nothing -- SirG ---It's going to be almost impossible to explain it here in a few short words !! and i'm not being funny or silly or anything but i would need charts in front of me !!-- Simply put , the Dax 1 minute chart today gave 6 changes of direction --plot the line of the peaks down or up and you get a reversal when it rises or falls above that channel line --best then to wait for a confirmation which is a close above the previous peak or trough --you lose a few points but gain on the confirmation -- The Dax 4 hourly chart clearly shows a downtrend channel --this will be reversed/broken on the close above 10780 atm. -- Told you it would all sound double-dutch (lol) --- All about plotting those lines up or down -- GL.

Well Done FP ---joined the Gold rush now myself (lol) @ 1219.7 -- Quite a spike on the Dax , esp. as it's trading on futures --following Dow , as usual !! --waited for the confirmation of reversal @ 10730, so only managed 30 pts.--but short now from 10770 , hoping for 25 pts. --- GL.--

F4---- I'm using IGIndex interactive --the free version --can overlay absolutely anything you want on them !! --1 minute, 4 hr. and daily suit me with rsi and ema overlay . GL.

Topsy-Turvy--Bouncy,Bouncy all over the place (lol) --- Dow has filled the gap @17840 -- Dax has reversed yet again !! --4 hr. channel is now @ around 10780-- Gold trying to hold the line !! -- Who said this was "dull" (lol) -- GLA.

Well --i've just had a look at the Gold chart and i don't see any meaningful support until 1200 , not 1220 !! -- Approaching oversold , however, on the 4 hourly --- GLA.

Dax --almost perfect channel down and now almost perfect channel back up ,on todays 1 minute chart !! -- FP----plenty of 25's there for the taking atm --- Told you GOLD was going down everyone !! --massive support at around the 1220 level ( or so i'm told ) --- GLA.

Morning GB ----GL with those trades ---trend reversal on the Dax 1 minute downtrend occured @ 10725 , about 30 minutes ago -- GL.

OIL to drop further , GOLD gonna drop further , Indicies all dropping , just dropped my cup of coffee !!---let's face it guys---everything's f(expletive )g dropping !! (lol) ---- Rant over !! On a brighter note -- closed my Poundland short this morning @ 395.5 for a 20.5pt. banked -- Short BT @ 457.5 p --- GLA.

Useless Info time !! -- Dax in downtrend on 4 hourly from very recent highs ---any close above 10795 on the 4 hrly. will signal a trend reversal atm , with a close above 10807 for confirmation !! Dow 4 hrly reversal from late december highs still in tact --but struggling a bit atm on short-term movement ----17715/19 is a key supp. level on any drop ------JMVHO everyone -- GLA.

FP--Evening ----Well done on those two Dax posns. ---quite board ?? -- Dax looking very bullish again , closing on a big supportive candle and hammer --Dow similar -- Missed my Dax order ( set too low ) but filled my Dow long order off 17750 for 50pts. ,so happy with that --- GL. ----

An unexpected spike on Dow and Dax !! ----triggered my Dow and Dax long orders ( 17810 & 10720) for +50 pts on each -----in quick short now Dow 17859 and Dax 10785.--- GLA.

Dow closed @ 17768 ( 68 pts.) ---- Keeping a close eye on the Dax uptrend channel around the 10700 level-- GLA.
