Those who do not know what to do next should start looking around this site there are plenty of shares on the move. As I stated yesterday ENN is a gamble not an investment! Check out AGLD ... now Im not saying buy as recent holders are close to 50% profit(myself included) but check the trades, hardly a sell in site. Good luck all and be patient.
izzo I posted the facts so that when the next announcement arrives regarding the bankers I can come to this website and review my posting instead of reading through the public announcements. An investment this is not as they may still go down the plug hole BUT existing shareholders realise there is potential in the company. With a market cap of £1.46M being reported on this website and a group revenue of £122m stated in the interim accounts this is a big gamble. The asset sale on friday wiped out 20% of future group revenue and they still have to find £50-60m of cash for the next 12 months. With the credit crunch there is no guarentee that this will come good although I hope they do for existing share holders. good luck all.
The sale raised a cash total of £3.3m which will carry ENN through to the end of January 2009. ENN estimate that cash requirements for the next 12 months will be in the range of £50m to £60m. Relevent paragraph from RNS: Based on unaudited management accounts, for the year ended 31 December 2007, the trade and assets of Concrete Products, that are subject to the disposal, contributed revenue of approximately £22 million and profit before tax and interest of approximately £0.6 million. The net book value of the assets subject to the disposal are approximately £12 million. Additionally, following the disposal, the Group will be required to impair the carrying value of certain goodwill in respect of the Concrete Products business by approximately £9.4 million and write down the carrying value of the Telford site by £7.4 million.

Only 21 days left before HML/Schering will report on the carp vaccine studies. Will this be another case of "shortly" and the patience will be tried yet again or will 2008 be the making of HML? Good luck all.

The Group is currently in advanced negotiations with HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") regarding outstanding duty and other liabilities. HMRC has issued and advertised certain petitions in this regard against the Group. However, the Group and HMRC have now agreed in principle a payment plan for these amounts to be settled. This agreement in principle is subject to approval of the Group's bankers, which is currently being sought. There can be no guarantee that such bank approval will be forthcoming but shareholders will be kept updated as appropriate. If approval is forthcoming then a binding agreement would then be finalised between the Group and HMRC.

GedW, maybe you will know the answer to this? am I right in thinking the directors window of opportunity will close at the end of this month? two month restriction based on the half yearly reports. If true would be nice to see Mr Dunne open his wallet next month.
