This is a long-term buy and hold imo - its going to take at 18-24 mths for this business to significantly grow again, even with the recent acquisitions, due to current and future headwinds.

Agreed. I off-loaded my entire holding before the budget in HVO at a decent profit due to CGT & other wider economic concerns. The drop in SP and current sentiment make me tempted to dip my toe in the water and buy back in, but I will hold off for now.

OK, it hasn't gone sub 3p as I hoped. However, the fundamentals still don't look great from the interims. 'Break-even profit after tax' is not profit. Break even is break even. Revenue drop is terrible and the margin really needs improving.

I think sub 6p and I might be interested.

For every sell, there is a buyer. Selling is good, creates churn and liquidity in the stock. If you are comfortable with fundamentals, I'm not sure what you should be worried about?

Sub 3p will tempt me, I think. Then again, likely to go private or be taken out at that point.

Terrible company, won't be around much longer imo. No amount of leadership buying is going to keep this above water. That is a red flag.

I agree, drifting downwards most likely caused by budget uncertainty. Once this is out of the way, we'll know where we stand, good or bad.

Re point 2, its probably a combination of the two. Whilst CF can do what he wants with his own money, it would have looked far better had he retained some of his holding imo.

In answer to your question, I do not believe the Chairman knows more about the company than an II or PI.

Absolutely not! Chairman is just a figurehead. CEO & CFO know most. Therefore, your opinion doesn't stack up. But please, don't get offended as my opinion is mine and nothing you can say will change it. Just saying....
