the second tranche of shares from last placing is due to hit market tomorrow, so that's why I mentioned them as after tomorrow it may be a worthwhile ( risky) punt as the rns suggested no further placings - at least for the foreseeable

perhaps the company released that operational update today, to entice a rise, before tomorrows inevitable dip on new shares being added to try and balance things out?

that agreement sounds a little complicated, 10% of the profits with ability to buy 20% of the shares in a company that owns 49% of a mining area - but it is currently making a loss? Like a consultancy thing? Vast brought in to increase production and get the mines profitable and it is not costing vast anything?

I can hardly make sense of it all!

and what is it with HUM rns? a complete none rns, what is the point of it? here is an rns to tell you that the results rns will be next week...

Bit of a curveball to mention this one and it's continuous decline and placings. However surely it cant get much lower on a longterm low? There is still diamonds outstanding and if they arrive the value should be greater than the market cap and will allow them to pay off outstanding debt - and pave the way for diamond mining to restart

Further ***IF*** the last RNS comes true it could well be the turnaround and rerate, even without the diamonds, of particular note from the last RNS:

am too heavy in there and getting more worried about having no rise and I do not want all those funds to be in there till results. I don't want it to see 4.5p again, So I panicked a bit today and sold at a 20% loss...

...and that is why it started rising like it did - after I had sold at 5.6p lol!!!

Inflation figures out today, maybe some people decided tide is turning and time to start investing again?

CCL is gradually tumbled back down again had a price target alert go off today, getting back within my buying range. I did quite well buying at 750 and selling around 1200, I could have held on a bit longer but that was decent. Will be watching to try and see the turn again and see an uptrend. I may have some spare funds by the time it turns lol. They have been having record revenues and paying off their debts, they will expect to only be (cough cough gulp) 31 billion in debt by end of year

Yes can be a slower burn than aim - but it moved quite quick from may to july on my last trade.

RRR does like to have a P&D now and then always risk of being spiked but good if you can time it right

they are the king of placings so would not hold for any decent length of time

trick is to win more often than you lose even if its only 51% of the time, don't beat yourself up too hard over losses.

I have bad habit of ignoring my own rules and my heart overrules my head too much. I sold my ALL and KOD and put it into HE1 at 6.6p, that aint going well

biggest rule I break way too often - watch what the market actually does and react, not act on what you 'think' it will do

Spent 25 years working for UK's biggest electrical retailer. Mostly repairing computer and laptops, 7 years as front line manager. However as time passes I turn more into victor meldrew and have less patience for the corporate BS!

Started dabbling more and more with trading had a good couple of years which made me think I could quit the job and maybe just work part time alongside the trading. Have spent last 18 month enjoying this career break.

However if I don't get some good wins in the next few months, god forbid I may have to go to work again - and maybe actually start looking for that part time job I was meant to have gotten😂
