Regarding your point 2, we can only summise that the shares have been bought my small investors. Anyone buying more than 3% would have to notify using a TR1 form which would be a matter of public record. The publicly available page https://www.remotemonitoredsystems.com/investor-relations/significant-shareholders/ is kept up to date far more frequently than we are obliged to, in the interests of ensuring shareholders have the latest information.
