I don't normally like to kick a man when he's down but I have to say I'm looking forward to coming out the other side of all this with a smug grin. Roll in POLY relist 2024!

A great book to read is "how the world really works" it explains exactly why oil is so hard to give up. Even with an alternate energy source oil is still needed.

Maybe a change of credit rating back to investment grade. That would see us fly. I'm holding out for the SMR announcement, if we got the thumbs up by government SP will balloon IMO.
Just made my final purchase. I said I'd buy it all the while it's 60p or less. I think interest rates will come down and the price will move fast. Either way I'm happy to get some steady dividends from a something stable.
I think Rahul's plan is coming through and people have just been impatient. These kinds of projects take years and everyone is expecting then to take months or weeks. Looking forward to the next financial report.
"You can argue that if you're not willing to react with equanimity to a market price decline of 50 percent two or three times a century, you're not fit to be a common shareholder and you deserve the mediocre result that you're going to get" Charlie Munger

I think it's possible but we'll have to wait and see. The business is basically set up for dividends, so I'd say it's possible. We will have to wait for the split though IMO. in regards scanning passport.
set the passport so it's leaning against something so that the light comes from the side, then just get it within the square and it should automatically register an image.
Main benefits of registering with computershare is to make sure you details are correct.
I think the redom is basically treated like an IPO with shares already earmarked for various people, so it's not so much a transfer but rather a destruction of the old shares and a creation of the new shares in your name.
Great news, hopefully this will be the start of a big upward move. plus we should see a boost in profit with hedges lifted. Could bE a good year for us.
The gangster life is all about maximum risk for maximum gain. Very few actually get anywhere other than dead or prison. Those that make it though survive wealthy but are forever paranoid. Not worth it IMO.
Contact your broker/ISA provider and ask them to do it. They'll then put you on the company's register rather than then holding the shares on your behalf as "nominee".
