Hi Touchtheclouds - first steps should be to look at the board - who they are - what their background is. Then look at the accounts - check for things like debt - revenue - profit. Listen to podcasts given on the company. Better to do this before coming to a BB where there can be a lot of white noise. If you know the company a bit, then this provides better confidence in your investment and is probably the responsible thing to do. That's my tuppence worth.

JD has done remarkably well in such a short space of time to develop a great team and to get the company into a position to start the next phase of revenue generation. The team and of course the advisors, top-hitters. The RNS timeline below tells a picture. One that is not to difficult to follow. The next stage is live, revenues, especially so going into next year. The news will come and it will come regularly I would think. Buy in the lows, enjoy the future.

Ap90 - If the sells were related to a failing company - then this would be considered inside information. The double share sells were for personal reasons. If, later it was found they were for a failing company, he would be in serious sh it. Therefore, it is most likely as it says it is.
