Award of rights under the Company's Share Appreciation Rights Scheme
Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, announces the offer of rights as set out below (the 'Award') under the Share Appreciation Rights Scheme (the 'Scheme') which Scheme was set up to incentivise directors and senior executives/consultants of the Company.
The last award of SARs announced was on 1 March 2018. The normal policy of the Company would have been to have made an award under the Scheme in March 2019 but the decision was taken at the time to defer any such award until the Company could demonstrate achievement of substantive progress in its business objectives. This offer of Award accordingly is in replacement of the offer of Award that otherwise would have been made in March 2019.

There is something quite unsavoury about telling everyone you have made a lot of money from a company stock which by the sound of it you should never have put money into in the first place and then kindly informing current and would be investors that said company is run by dodgey management with a very dodgey history!!. Why would you do this??, what possible satisfaction do you get from doing this?

Morning all. Not a ramper or deramper, just someone who would like to make a bob or two after investing in some dodos,/donkeys. I draw graphs showing SP movements and some have been very accurate others not so, after all this is Aim and the SP can go bonkers in 10 minutes as we have seen. I see a falling wedge over the last few days which bottoms out tomorrow, there is a possibility of a brief drop to around 1.7p, but no lower. I have a feeling that more heavy hitters will want in and try again to scare the anxious and trigger stop losses, after that it should rise, to who knows where, too many variables. I would really like to get one right for a change, have missed some fantastic opportunities due to inexperience. Much luck all.

TD2. Completely unnecessary comment re Jarv 55`s research. He is correct, the ICE will be around for decades, peak oil demand is not expected until around 2030. EV`s still have no where near the flexibility of an ICE. For example, 85% of our goods are transported by road, how can you ever replace a large HGV with an EV?. Even a small TESLA HGV battery pack weighs 5tons!! and uses huge amounts of electricity to recharge. We have 500,000 HGV`s on the road, the amount needed to be spent on infrastructure changes is bewildering. Until they get the weight and range sorted out we will need the ICE

RJP. 18,000,000 shares?. Someone was buying 5,000,000 at a time on Friday afternoon, that can be bought up in 4 trades!!!. I do not know how long you have been trading on Aim but you need to find a better arguement than this to justify another 25% drop in the SP

RJP. A 50% retrace following such a rapid increase in price (700% when it hit 4p) is perfectly normal. A current gain of 300% is still very good and provides an excellent level from which to move up again. This is Aim, Prem did exactly the same, massive spike and retrace.

Magic. I am told that a migrating swift flying the wrong way, (should have been going to South Africa, not flying to the UK) had overheard a gov minister discussing something about a signature, he (the swift) spoke to some racing pigeons, who passed it on to parrot, who was getting a bit of sunshine in his cage in his owners garden, who squawked it to his owner, who has shares in Prem. Seems quite possible to me.

I think that until EUA has finished its monumental rise each day, traders are going to put Prem on the back burner, if they cannot squeeze any more out of the rise, then they will pop back in here and give us a quick boost

I have seen share prices go up by as much as 50% just prior to an RNS being released with the increase starting 4 working days before it was official news, it happens, as long as the increase is not too dramatic each day the company says diddly squat. GLA

Most likely just bored traders looking for somewhere to make a quick 10-20 %, but hope I am very wrong and something has finally occurred to shift the SP a bit. sustained buying and lots of it will be an indication
