Been following tullow for 5 years, never thought the sp would get this low, was shocked when it hit 99p in Jan 16!!. Majority of the trades are now high frequency, what can you do when an AI computer decides on the SP and buys and sells multiple small amounts in a couple of seconds, the sp bounces around like a pogo stick.
Even if Pd halved, we still have an in the ground value of nearly 45 billion dollars with the flanks. If Eua sold the lot for just 5% of that, we get 2.25 billion dollars or nearly 1.8 billion pounds, so people can stop posting silly low sale figures
If this pans out as I think it will, then the only place people will be gathering in any numbers is a supermarket. They will need frequent replenishing as people stop socialising and stay at home, consuming more . Haulage will be crucial. Never seen such a reaction to an illness, fear is clearly being stoked by the media. Those with large sums of cash will as always make a killing when the markets eventually recover. GLA
There was a after hours sell last night at 8p, I thought it was odd at the time, but I now think it was a signal to indicate what the price would fall to today, or may be not, seems a bit coincidental
We are seeing a perfectly reasonable bit of correction, yesterday it went up by up to 300% from its low point, I have no doubt it will start to go up again, but at a much less rapid pace. GLA
I actually think that after looking at the rate the share price had been in decline prior to suspension, this could get back to near enough 45p. Little consolation for those for those locked in when it was suspended, but could recover near two thirds of the price. AIMOHO
Daniel. A sale price of 50p would be a life changer for me. Have lost significant amounts in the past due to inexperience and impatience. Had I waited with some shares I would been in a great position now. A good sale price for EUA would be simply wonderful, actually anything north of 36p. If this comes off I will celebrate with a few real ales along with some Rum on Tillywhizzs galleon.
