Wow, that`s a 100 bagger, overnight!!!. Going to phone the local estate agent, nice house around the corner, will tell them I want it and will pay cash, whooopdidoooo. Cheers
I would like to invest 14 million pounds in your company, I know there is little chance of making a significant return on my investment, I just like throwing my money away. You just don`t do that!!!. No more needs to be said, cheers.
I can remember being at school, around 14yrs old, a woodwork teacher shouted at a pupil for misbehaving and I kid you not, quote "And what do you think you are doing Master Bates" needless to say there was much laughter coming from those who heard it
Can't believe a guy of his professional standing would accidentaly say massive, even if he then changed it to substantial. He knows the true value of the company and potential sales value of the assets.
LozB. Been here since 2019, so not a deramper, had that been a 402k buy, there would have been euphoria, bit of balance please, just not often we see such a large trade in one go, no agenda, usually someone would comment, so I did. End of
I suggest you go back through posts by Cornish Knocker, he has an extremely good understanding of all things mining, he provides some very good info.
The small UT at close has made it look like the SP has fallen further this morning than it really did
DJ77. Do yourself a favour, there is no need to have told anyone how many shares you bought in the first place, or to have told anyone how many you sold. Telling us you had over 1% of the company accompanied by the numerous very positive and informed comments you made about it have just made it look like you were forcing up the SP in order to sell, (even if you were not). Perhaps there are occasions when silence is golden. ATB
Share Consolidation
For anyone still in the dark. At the AGM, shareholders will be asked to pass an ordinary resolution to consolidate the Company's ordinary share capital whereby every 100 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Existing Ordinary Share") will be consolidated into one ordinary share of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Consolidated Share"), rounded down to the nearest whole share ("Consolidation"). The Consolidation will reduce the 10,731,098,677 Existing Ordinary Shares currently in issue to 107,310,987 Consolidated Shares and is expected to further enhance the perception of the Company and its prospects and help improve the marketability of the Company's shares to a wider group of potential investors.
The Directors consider that having a more manageable number of shares in issue post Consolidation is in the best interests of the Company and will better allow it to progress its future growth and development objectives.
Aco. you will receive 1 share for every 100 you currently own. no change to your share account value, 100x less shares but each one worth 100x more. Cheers
The SP fell slowly for 3 days prior to the last RNS, suggests that some were aware of the news, it follows that the reverse is true, some may already be aware of a positive funding arrangement, hence slow move back up. If anyone has been on AIM for a while, you will have noticed this is common place
The CEO would have known over 2 months ago that production and revenue would be lower than expected, do we really think he has sat on his hands?, he is an experienced CEO and I have no doubt that the discussions for the right way to provide the much needed capital with the right company will be at a fairly advanced stage by now. This is a company with an in demand product and a good return for the right investor, I expect to see a very positive RNS, as others have stated I would be very surprised if the path was another placing
