I appreciate this is a lazy post but these are slow times and I’m sure someone has the info in hand. What is the current cash burn? If there were to be an issue with switch-on or some unforeseen processing problems how long would it be before the lack of anticipated income stream may become an issue. Not trying to be negative, just trying to stimulate a bit of board and bored conversation… and gain a little more insight.
When you look at the eye watering amount of tax-payer funding/grants/ tax incentives being offered to Tata to bring it here it’s not a giant leap to expect that a Recyclus plant just next door would receive very favourable planning and potential financial support. Gov now realise this all needs to happen now and fast as we are years behind the market leaders. Their solution is usually to throw money at it…Next few months should exciting here and next few years should hopefully see TM1 ideally placed in the right space at the right time. Some news would be good though 🙂
Agreed on TM1. Awaiting operational update to give a boost but it’s interesting and cutting edge so worth looking at just as a concept and the science. Hopefully right place, right time as UK is years behind in so many of these areas.
Chill your beef @onlyburgerking. It captured a bit of imagination to deflect away from the ongoing kod wars which are tedious and dominating at present in the absence of news. Surely that can’t be a problem on an open bb?! Anyway GLA and let’s hope we have something other than bacon positives to talk about soon.
I don’t choose to identify with red or brown, it is non-binary. Favour red but brown preferred on smoked. The ‘builders’ is a regular option or just naked. The BLT is more than acceptable. It really depends how it’s hanging on the day. It’s usually a combination depending on consumption levels but I think we will agree, it’s all upside. Good to see the board back to sharing useful and insightful information.

@skittish Whether it is or isn’t our rig this is a truly exceptional piece of bb detective work and shared info. Your diagram for comparison is also a true winner and I agree that they do appear very similar. With all the rubbish that gets posted on the few boards I visit it is absolute joy to see this today. Many thanks and it’s made me smile. I hope you are right as well, good news has been a long time coming…🚀 It may also be a missile destined for Ukraine… GLA
It is ridiculous how short-sighted and slow we have been as a nation/West and this should have been a chance to secure a fundamental resource for the future…But in terms of protecting our investment I believe the Chinese involvement makes it more secure and less risk from political or economic upheaval in West Africa. Our colonial past and future alignments mean that the Chinese connection makes the resource / investment more likely to be looked on as worth protecting rather and nurtured rather than damaging it. I’m also in TM1 which is worth looking at to show that we do have a few visionary folk that appreciate what the future (now) looks like. Not a cross-ramp, just another interesting part of the jigsaw and this debate. GLA, let’s get those drill results to make us and the Chinese smile 😊
