A merger is a business deal where two existing, independent companies (THX & EUDA) combine to form a new, singular entity. Thx has raised the funds. Funds are ready to deploy on the condition of completed merger with Nasdaq listed EUDA. It’s a condition to ensure a pathway to future funds as the drugs portfolio progress.

What you are suggesting isn’t logical. Why would EUDA merge with THX without secured funding in place (what’s in it for EUDA?) and if that were the case why would the new combined Nasdaq listed entity then create a shell to raise funds? (Spoiler alert, they wouldn’t)
