If this merger happens and we receive our first payments we will receive roughly 20% of our current market cap in cash. Then it gets interesting. The total payment for the first indication alone is 61m, 580% odd of our current market cap. Then each indication is worth 37.5m if reached. That isn't including royalties, the lab, 301, CLX001, all the other evaluations. This merger could trigger a Tsunami. All eyes on next week.
