Tymer.
‘Dealing with it’ is no problem to me. A lot of people complain about people poisoning the board, coming on when news is bad.
If you had taken the time to read my message, you will see I was merely suggesting not to reply to them thus not getting worked up and drawn into petty debates.
I am a very peaceful man and was only pointing out the obvious to hopefully stop people getting worked up at these current times.
I bid you good day and as always, good luck to us all.
Why do people persist in feeding the trolls that appear. Just flip by the thread and go to the next one, hit filter on the way past.
You feed them, they will keep throwing the fishing line out. If you swim the other way, they will go fishing elsewhere.
Simples.
It’s good to see the board back in high spirits again.
Been in this for 3yrs now, rode through some highs and lows but always got through it with the good banter, informative information and general friendliness of the guys on here. It’s been a little bit toxic lately but great to see everyone back to high spirits.

Get the 911 Turbo S, you won’t regret it. I had a 996 Turbo X50 back in the day and I always said I would be back in another 911 Turbo. A great all rounder.
@daniaal. If you’re going for an RS3, go for 2018 onwards with the 400bhp lighter engine. Can highly recommend one, they are quicker in life than the paperwork figures suggest. They can be prone to a little understeer when pushed really hard even though they have a wider track on the front but you really need to be pressing on to feel it.
Wasn’t that long ago we never thought we would break through 10p but now people are whinging when it drops back to 22p.
I understand a lot of people bought in within last few weeks but those of us that have been here a while (just under 3yrs for me), know that with time and patience, comes reward.
Sit back, stoke up a fat one and wait for the bigger rewards.
Been a shareholder just under 3yrs now, not sure if I’m classed as a LTH as of yet but it’s been a very interesting journey along the way. I rarely post on here but I’m active everyday.
To echo the sentiments of a lot of the people on here, thanks go out to the ones who sacrifice their own time to research and keep everyone informed of the news, Paddygall the big stand out for me. I tip my cap to you sir, even when the board is at its most negative, you still take the time to keep things positive.
On that note, the negativity and people who turn up to ‘de-ramp’ the board, all I say to the regular guys/girls on here is to make your own decisions based on facts (Paddgall) and not get caught up in the bitterness that sometimes sweeps the board.
All the regulars know where this is going. We’ve been through the troughs, some big ones over the years but the ‘faithful’ have always stayed strong which is now reaping the rewards for us.
Anyhow I’m waffling too much. I’m really trying to say.........ignore the idiots, stick to the facts, listen to the guys in the know and enjoy the reward at the end.
I hope each and every one of you comes out if this successfully and don’t forget to raise a glass to the guys who helped keep us all here through the bad times.
Good luck to you all.
I’m a rare poster on here but read the forum daily. I’m not sure if I’m classed as a LTH, been invested just under 3yrs now.
One thing I have noticed over the years is the amount of negative posts that appear on positive news or big climbs in share price, posters that seem to come out of the woodwork to dampen the spirits of us positive people.
Now I’m not for one second suggesting naivety on my part and do understand the risks involved in shares but if you must make it your daily enjoyment to try and destroy people’s positive attitude then surely you have to take a good look at yourself.
I’m not sure if it’s just bitterness or plain or jealousy but come on guys/girls, let’s try and stick to facts and not made up rumours to dampen the spirits of us positive investors who want to see everyone on here succeed and have a life changing reward.
As always, many many thanks to Paddygall and others who tirelessly research daily and take the time to post their findings to help us.
Not everyday will be a blue day but we all know where this is going, let’s not try and stamp all over it in bitterness but enjoy the rewards we all seek.
Good luck to you all.
Been more of a spectator than a contributor on the forums for just under 3yrs now, pretty much when I bought into GGP.
It does give me a little chuckle at the chat in the days leading up to an announcement/RNS, even more so on the days after.
Most LTH know the general pattern with share price once news is on route and the days after.
This is going to be a win win for share holders......in the long run! Just sit back, chuckle at the crazy speculations by the same narrow minded people, whom then go on the huge negative attitude when the price hasn’t jumped 200% everyday.
There are a few ‘hidden gems’ on here, Paddygall being one of them. These are the guys to listen too, been here a while and know the script, do their research and share findings with the genuine guys on here, whom we are all very grateful too.
Just sit back, hold your nerve, open a cold one and set your sights on the future, not the next 10 minutes.
Good luck to all the genuine PI’s out there. I’m sure we will all be rewarded very nicely further down the line.
Troublesome,
Excuse my wording, when I say big loses, I meant big red days/weeks. If I had jumped on the red days then I would have lost a fair bit of money, in my eyes.
The numerical factor is purely relevant to the individual, someone being down £5000 might be nothing to someone who’s invested £100,000 but the relevance to my numerical investment was big for the investment I initially put in.
I’m in for £10,000 which is a fair chunk of money for me, maybe not to others but to an average Joe like myself, it’s a good chunk.
Like I say, apologies my initial post sounded different to what I was meaning.
Hi all,
Not sure if I’m classed as a LTH, bought into GGP just over 2yrs ago, now with an average of 1.7. I’ve topped up along the way, right up til 3.5.
I’ve watched the rises and falls over these last couple years, I’m no expert trader but just your average Joe that put some savings into this after a friend put me onto it.
What I have witnessed though is some crazy notions and posts from people who profess to be ‘experienced’ traders.
There are very few individuals whose posts I take notice of, Paddy being one of them. An asset to this forum who takes a lot of his own time to research and keep us ‘less experienced’ traders in the loop.
My only opinion which has no bearing on anyone else, purely for myself........this isn’t a quick buck, if you’re here for the long term then I firmly believe this will reap big rewards for the patient trader, I have seen big loses to myself in this last couple years, and now I’m in a fortunately good position but there will still be bad days. Even in my very limited experience, I can see this being an investment I’m fortunate to be in.
Sit tight, hold your nerve, ignore the rampers/de-rampers and make your own decisions based on what you read and research yourself from bulletins/RNS’s.
If I listened to half the nonsense on here, I would have sold on the first red day I experienced.
Apologies for the boring first post but it’s merely my own personal opinion.
Good luck to everyone
